ハイクオリティかつロングライフを実現するために
よくあるアフターパーツの車高調キットとは異なり、KWはヨーロッパの認証機関TÜVの関係上ネジ式を採用しています。これはより良い乗り心地と本来必要なストロークの長さを確保する為でもあります。(例外有り)
KW社の推奨する範囲内の車高であれば、ストロークが不足することはありませんし、多少プリロードが変化しても乗り心地に大きな影響を与えることはありません。

KW Version-3 “inox-line” 車高調キットは、伸び側と縮み側の減衰力がそれぞれ独立して調整できるため、好みに応じてより細かくセッティングが可能です。KW社のエンジニアは妥協のないセッティングを追求するため、7ポストリグによるシミュレーションと、一般道、高速道路、ニュルブルクリンク北コース(ノルドシュライフェ)などの様々な路面での実走行テストを繰り返します。このこだわりこそが、長年にわたりKW Version-3がアフターマーケットのベストセラーであり、ベンチマークたる所以です。
KW Version-3 “inox-line” のダンパーは、Version-2と同様に伸び側の減衰力が16段階で調整可能なだけではなく、縮み側(低速域)の減衰力も12段階で調整可能です。特許取得済みのアジャスターがステンレス製ストラットケースの下側に組み込まれているため、調整をする際に特別な工具は必要ありません。縮み側の減衰力だけが個別に調整できることにより、伸び側の減衰力やスプリングレートはそのまま、すなわち乗り心地に影響を与えることなく、車体のロールや踏ん張りをセッティングすることが可能です。
